  : The room wasn't terrible, nice shower, by walmart and the gas station.
  : I didn't like when I booked a room on booking I purchased a non smoking and when I got there they said the two they had they couldn't let anyone stay in there. So we had to take a smoking room which me being a non smoker you could tell it was a smoking just by the smell. So that was upsetting but we had to settle with it being late at night and having the two kiddos.

  : The staff was so noisy..they where super loud talking and slamming doors while cleaning..I was awaken very early and had to wait for them to finish cleaning..I made my experience horrible..blanket had cigarettes burn in it..water in toilet barely flushed and looked rusty..the. Couch looked worn down...I sleep on top of all blankets not sure if they were cleaned..this used to be the best hotel in Winnfield but I assume new owners don't care like the rest of the hotel owners and figure it's take or leave because we are the only hotel in town.

  : Hair dryer didn't work, and there was rust mold etc on the light fixture in the the bathroom, water was yellow, the plug in the shower drain wouldn't stay open, beds would slide on the bed frames, phone didn't work,and most of all the pool wasn't accessible. Big plus for staff and employees, very kind and friendly.

  : The only thing we had a problem with was the sounds coming from the rooms next to us. It was like the walls are paper thin. I could hear the person in the room next to us snoring. Very irritating! Other than that, it was perfect!
