  : Excellent location, just outside town, and a twenty minute walk from the station. We had a four poster bed, and large bath and shower. The TV was huge! Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly.
  : Breakfast was slightly late, and we had to cut it short as we had a train to catch. I had to ask for gluten free bread.

  : Lack of staff,property was in maintenance, scaffold was surrounding, check in was big delay due to rooms had not been cleaned.

  : Dirty all outside, needing a good brush up ,doors in bedroom full of dirty marks ,shower was dirty and shower hose was very dirty, no one emptied bins in bedroom and had to ask for clean towels. In need of a full refurbishment

  : Small hotel, was being refurbished so rooms freshly decorated. Nice personal feel and great location.Breakfast was lovely!
  : The temperature of the room was extremely high.It was uncomfortable due to being so hot. There was a fan in there but the heat was almost unbearable.

  : Breakfast was good. The towels were white and good quality. The shower pressure was good. The live in young waitress was very nice and friendly.
  : The property is extremely shabby and unloved. In the dining area, the seating and carpets are badly stained. Blindes tied up as broken. Cutlery and cups were invariably dirty, and we had to wipe them before use. The room, number 6, was totally unacceptable. There was no rubber lip on the shower door. Consequently, water went all over the floor. Severley chipped bath. TV remote held together with celotape. Hairdryer holder held together with masking tape. Small window handle missing and window didn't close so could hear traffic all night. Stained carpet and blanket, coat hanger on door held on by one screw. Bed headboard scuffed and peeling. Fire exit door by room 6 held open throughout our visit by fire extinguisher, which should be on the wall, not freestanding. The employer's liability insurance certificate expired on August 23. I have photos. We were so disappointed and uncomfortable there we left a day early.
