  : The hotel is located in a nice setting. The location was walkable to everything in town. The room was spacious and had a desk that was comfortable to work at.
  : The security was lacking. The code to the lockbox and my name were written on a piece of paper plastered at the door, which meant that anyone who walked by could see our information. The staff were lacking. We struggled to get the keys from the lockbox, and when we tried to call the reception for help, no one answered. The lady who eventually came on the intercom did not speak English, and she did not seem very interested in helping us. The breakfast was very basic. The bed mattress was too soft for our liking. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The security and staff were lacking, and the breakfast was very basic. The room was spacious, but the bed mattress was too soft. Here are some suggestions for the hotel to improve their stay: - Improve the security by not leaving the code to the lockbox and guests' names on a piece of paper at the door. - Provide better English language support for guests. - Offer a more varied breakfast menu with hot food options. - Provide a firmer mattress option for guests.
