  : The night clerk was super congenial despite my late night arrival (1:45 am). The room was very clean and the furniture just what you need for a short stay. The shower was top notch. And, in the morning, you can't beat the Black Bear Diner next door.
  : The heater did not work at all. Brrr!

  : We didn't have the breakfast as we walked to the Black Bear Diner next door. The room was clean and had everything we needed.
  : Even though we were on the back side of the building, the traffic noise was still noticeable. It didn't bother us but it might other travellers. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, but, for the price, that was our only disappointment.

  : The carpets need replaced...badlyThe room space was alright, but having the refrigerator & microwave under where you are supposed to hang your clothes, isn't very practical. I also found a hand towel under the headboard of our bed, meaning housekeeping isn't totally cleaning the rooms. When I checked in, the woman at the front desk ran my credit card & even though I had told her I had already been charged through booking.com? Apparently she either didn't believe me or she didn't understand what I was saying. Also, the next morning I had to question why I was charged another $50 fee to my card by the motel without being told I was getting another charge on my card. The young man explained it to me when I questioned him. Unfortunately I don't believe they should charge someone's CC after the fact without talking with them first. That's poor business practices & not very ethical. With that being said, I don't believe I would stay their again.It goes against all business practices/ethics that I have ever dealt with myself.

  : The property has always been a good deal, low prices are the primary draw.
  : The rooms have slowly developed humidity issues, including damp carpets. Ants are a feature of the Lower rooms, our room smelling heavily of RAID upon checkin.
