  : Didn’t like that the pool wasn’t clean. It was green and nasty. Room was so so clean and I do think it was rude of the manager to tell me when I asked for another towel and wash cloth for me and my husband she said don’t you have 2 wash cloths and 2 towels and I said yes we got in the pool took showers and need another set and she said we don’t have any extra to give you. For people staying at hotel how do you not have towels and wash cloths. Will pick somewhere else next time.

  : The front desk guy was very nice and did try to fix the issues that we had. The location was great.
  : TV remote did not work. The front desk tried several remotes but couldn't get any to work. We had to use the buttons on the side of the TV to control it. It wasn't a huge deal since we didn't spend much time in our room. We just used it for background noise. Several of the lamps did not work. There was not a coffee pot in the room. We are huge coffee drinkers and that was my fault for not noticing the rooms didn't include one. There was no continental breakfast but they did serve coffee and juice in the mornings. Unfortunately the coffee machine was having issues. The front desk guy did try to fix it. The ice machine didn't work. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were very thin and hard as a rock. I would suggest bringing your own. They only give 2 towels and 2 washcloths for our family! The swimming pool was nasty. It was a greenish color and had gnats and bugs all in it. You can tell it was not well taken care of.

  : The furniture and room were clean but very dated. The pool was very cloudy. It may not have been their responsibility but fellow guest were very loud at night, including a dog barking at 6:30 am.

  : The rooms were filthy. The pool was disgusting. The outside and inside of the whole property was horrible. The coffee in the morning and night was burnt. There’s not enough towels, broken glass and trash laying all over the place room smelled horrible prices. Outrageous for being in such a disgusting placedrug use around the whole tire place no ice again the whole entire place was filthy. Absolutely filthy but never stay there again.

  : Parking was not available anywhere our room, guests of renters are very much allowed there all night long even if they didn’t book a room, which lead to the parking spots being gone, door handle in bathroom is falling apart.

  : There was nothing that I liked!! They charged my card again for the room, I had already paid for through Booking.com. And I didn't get my money back into my account until the night before I was to leave!! The guy Rocky was very rude, and had a hateful attitude because he made a mistake and charged me again for the room.
  : My husband and I had to stay in a disability room bc Rocky said nothing else was available, which was a lie!! There were several other rooms we could have been switched too. The bed we slept on was just a mattress on a box, and we only had 2 small overly used pillows! I have back and leg problems, and I couldn't sleep because of the sleeping arrangements. My back and left hip/leg/knee were in terrible pain!! I could barely walk around or do anything because of the intense pain I was in from these sleeping arrangements. There were dead bugs in our room. 2 of the lights didn't work. Our room was not cleaned the first day we were there. We didn't have enough towels/wash cloths, our floor had so much sand and we had no way to clean it up. There was no coffee pot in our room, and NO ice on the premises!! The swimming pool was so filthy from not being cleaned, and you couldn't even see the bottom. This was the worst experience we have EVER had staying in a hotel in Wilmington and Carolina Beach and we try to come each year. We feel like we should have been reimbursed at least 2 of our nights stay!! Rocky charged my card again for the room I paid Booking.com for, causing us to be very short on money for food and spending, and we didn't get our money right back on my card! And the terrible sleeping arrangements, in the disability room. I will NEVER stay here again!!! And I will make sure I tell everyone I know of my experience here. If I was Booking.com I would NOT use this hotel on my website!!! I hope to at least get an apology and reimbursement for some of my hotel stay!!
