  : It was a beautiful apartment, in a very good location.
  : Lack of information. when paying so much for one night, one is expecting service. Unfortunately there is no service in the Residetz. There is no reception. A note at the door asks you to call a number to pick up your keys. No address given. Breakfast on Sundays start at 10am. Which is impossible with kids. You can have breakfast in a hotel at 5 min by car. No address is provided, would be nice to receive this info upfront. They told us that the hotel Stern was informed about us having breakfast in the morning, this was not the case. Please do send a mail with a little map where to find the different locations, info for check-in, breakfast/dinner options and the addresses in your own facilities and put a file in the apartment with the same info. Same about info regarding things to do in the neighborhood. If you want to charge 320/night, we can expect at least this kind of service.
