: Clean rooms and bathroom. The very nice lady at reception/restaurant when we arrived. I will not account for this in the score (because it wasn't included in the booking), but I highly recommend fish dishes in the restaurant downstairs, outstanding.
: Uncomfortable, loud beds. No curtain or blind, the window was bare and the room was very bright as a result. Very poor selection at breakfast. The only hot option was sausage. Excluding ham and sausage (don't eat either) we had 2 baby plum tomatoes, 5 thin slices of cucumber, 3 thin slices of cheese, one tiny square of butter and one tiny pack of cream cheese per person. The rest wasn't edible -- classic death by diabetes (poor quality jam, "yoghurt" that is 20% yoghurt and 80% sugar and wasn't vegetarian anyway). The man who served us breakfast was also rather pretentious. Overall I do not recommend the place to stay at all. But do visit the fish restaurant in the evening if you are nearby:). It's worth it:).

: If you consider english as yes ir no, then yes, staff is speaking in english.. but overall, it's quite hard to understand each other.

: We were travelling from Croatia to Poland and planned to stay for some time near Bielsko-Biaa. This hotel is one of the best options for a fair price. The administrator was very polite, the dinner was tasty and the room clean and comfortable. What else would you need? So that's the best option if you don't want to waste money for nothing (in some hotels nearby, the same services costs x2!)

: The staff was very friendly and polite to fulfill my request. In addition, another friend joined on the way to this place and staff managed to organize his stay in the same room just on the fly. Also, what I remember it that the shower towels did smell very well! We got full service during the breakfast - well made scrabbled eggs, very good coffee and other meals. Nice!
