A damage deposit of USD 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note: This studio unit is a private unit attached to a main residence. It is not a hotel or motel. It is a private residence. You will have your own parking space and entrance into the unit. The patio is shared with the owners of the property. There is no check in desk. All check in information will be provided prior to your arrival.

Guests must provide a copy of their ID and the credit card used for the booking prior to arrival.

Please note a small dog lives on the property.
