  : It looked good from the outside.
  : It was leaking water from the ceiling and the elevators were not working. This was not disclosed until after our card was ran. Crappy neighborhood.

  : The room itself was nice. We did find gummy worm candy on the floor under the ottoman. But for the most part, the room was great.
  : Our room was on the 6th floor. Both of the elevators were inoperable. We had to use the service elevator located in the very back of the hotel. As you can imagine, it was not so clean, or pleasant. We had our pet with us on this trip & that required multiple trips outside and since everyone in the hotel, plus the cleaning staff were all using the one elevator, it was a clustered mess.

  : The location would have been great.
  : The property does not match the listing, the only thing that is accurate is the newly painted exterior. The facilities were filthy upon entering the parking lot. There was trash everywhere, along with homeless people living in their cars in the back of the lot. The dumpster overflowing. After entering the lobby, the facility was also filthy. The lobby restroom doors were painted white, but had black hand prints all over. The front desk attendant was on his phone, with a screaming child in the back office. He did not say hi, but informed me my room would not be ready until check in time. After talking with another traveler that was checking out, the rooms were not clean either. They ended their stay early due to the bad accommodations. We left to wait for our room, and decided to read more recent reviews as the reviews from when we booked were ok. The recent reviews in the past couple of weeks echoed the above with additional concerns and photographs. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. We ended up finding accommodations elsewhere and I am so glad I did!

  : Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet room, good location near downtown Wichita if that is where you want to be.
  : The air conditioner was just a little noisy.

  : Attitude of the front desk and being told our room didn't have a pull out, then finding out 2 nights later it did. No wash or hand towels. Only had 4 towels in the room when we arrived and the place had not been dusted in a while. Ice machine broken on our floor.
