  : Someone who’s interested in owning a hotel should Purchase this property & Renovate & also set up interviews for housekeepers that actually want to work. The room that we checked in had a family of frogs that checked in before we did, 2 frogs in the bathroom & 2 frogs in the bed area & & a dead frog. I called front desk & spoke to some name Al, and he asked me did I want him to get them out the room and told him that I wanted a refund, he than told me that if we stay, that we would probably not get a refund. I told him no worries I was coming down to check out. He said that I could call manager Rinku. I called on Saturday for manager she wasn’t there, I then called Booking.com put in my complaint about my reservation. I called hotel on Monday and spoke to manager Rinku, and she wasn’t pleasant & she told me that she had responded to the complaint that I put in through booking.com & that I had to talk to them, at this point, I called booking.com and was told that the hotel had not responded to my refund request and their was nothing that could be done about it, and I was refunded $17 out of $110 for the NASTIEST HOTEL ROOM, that I had ever checked into in my entire life. Just like that, out of the money that I paid for a 1 night reservation. I feel that, if booking.com CAN NOT back up what they help sell & help these hotels make money, then they should not list their hotels to their customers.

  : I check in on the 18 of April. I never got my room clean no clean sheet towel.had to request these services and no service. This was never post any where I have pictures.I got the dam run around, I wish I could send you the picture.I had to buy sheet to sleep on.
