  : Truly felt like an upscale hotel and the central location was perfect. We enjoyed the happy hour in the bar and appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle.
  : The gal who checked us in did not reflect the standards of the hotel.. We arrived early and she said she would text us when our room was ready, but didn't so when we finally returned to the hotel and found out the room was ready and waiting we were a little miffed as had been constantly checking for a text message which never arrived and we didn't even get an apology. She then failed to tell us all the amenities the hotel offered, so those I learned about by overhearing the other receptionist telling another couple checking in the same time as us. She also incorrectly booked airport transportation for us... fortunately I double checked the day we were leaving and the transportation was down as picking us up from the airport instead of taking us to the airport! The first impression should always be excellent and the hotel failed in that regard on this occasion due to the incompetent receptionist. Our shower leaked, soaking the bath mat but other than that the room was very nice and very comfortable.

  : Room was small, for what they charge thought it would be spotless. Carpets were dirty, light fixtures were dirty. When u pay that much it should be clean

  : The building/lobby/location was excellent.
  : The room was quirky. The fridge was not plugged in. Had to crawl around and fix that. The room lighting is weird. Could not turn on the bathroom light without turning on the bed lights. The bed lights had no individual control.

  : Location of hotel was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The fitness “room” could use a little help. But the staff was friendly. Room cleaned daily.

  : Cool architecture/decor. Great location with easy access to downtown - just a couple minute walk. Room was nice and dark and fairly quiet. Loved the happy hour in the restaurant and the free live music. Very cool rooftop lounge with fire pits.
  : There is no fan/vent in the bathroom which isn’t great. There is no control over AC/Heat so our room was 68 degrees all night and we woke up sweating. You should definitely be able to lower the temperature and turn the fan on. Also the light switches/controls were very odd and confusing. Bed/pillows weren’t super comfortable. Also super bummed that the hot tub was not usable since it was under renovation.
