  : Cozy, good location, great view. A great base from which to explore Whitby, the coast and the Yorkshire Moors.
  : A little hard to find even with satnav. A knife sharpener and a few bin liners would have been helpful.

  : The location was as expected with the very handy cinder track near by therefore close for cycling, jogging and walking. Whitby was a comfortable walk and Robin Hood's bay was a little more of a challenge. The property was clean, warm and comfortable. Car parking was generous and close by.
  : The kitchen didn't quite work ergonomically speaking. The draining board did not drain. The cooker (although having helpful labels added) worked in unexpected ways to what we were all used to. A broken window lock made bedroom ventilation more difficult. The heating programmer was a bit of a challenge but this may well have been caused by a previous guest entering a complicated hotchpotch of settings.

  : The location is great. Near the Cinder Track which is a lovely 20ish minute walk into Whitby. The house is nicely decorated and in a quiet complex of holiday homes. The patio at the back gets the sun and is a pleasant spot. Nice big kitchen with kitchen table. Comfy beds. Back of the house looks over fields.
  : It would have been helpful to have a few more supplies. For example, the toilet roll was thin and cheap and no spares, which meant we ran out during our 3 night stay. There were no bin bags provided for the kitchen bin and the couple of dishwasher tablets provided didn't fit the dishwasher. The couch in the living room was comfortable but the two chairs were quite hard and not chairs you could relax in. The third bedroom had bunk beds and was a low bunk (ie the top bunk unusually close to the bottom bunk).
