  : Good value for money for three nights. Nice big lounge/kitchen area which was well equipped. Nice comfy beds and nice clean bedding. Good bathroom. Some nice homely touches in property. Tea towel and cleaning products provided. Towels also provided but small. Quite a climb up a hill back to property but we managed taking it slowly and nice local pub nearby called "First in, Last out".
  : I was anxious beforehand due to a very negative review a week before we were due to arrive but when I emailed host for reassurance no personal reply received after several attempts and told to contact Sykes, which I tried to do several times on phone and by email and no-one engaged with me personally at all just stock replies from Sykes about other things, not my query, as per other reviews on Trustpilot for this handling company. That was a shame as problem was not apparent when I used the property (ie no fleas apparent as review said) but I would have liked to feel someone cared before I arrived. Luckily in the end the property was better than I anticipated I am pleased to say as really need the break and i had an elderly relative with us. Be aware the smaller room is small with beds pushed together but fine for us. Cooker could so with some instructions and finally worked out where switch was on wall far left (not marked just found by accident) and symbols on dial rubbed off. Found grill in end through trial and error and worked fine. No welcome pack either, two tea bags only but luckily had brought our own, instructions for Wifi were there though.
