  : Martin the host was very nice and welcoming. The location was perfect for us, close to the nature reserve (a must for bird watchers)and a short walk to the main beach/town. We enjoyed a cooked breakfast each morning with Martin's home made bread, this is served in a large kitchen diner and had a nice homely feal. The house dates from the early 1930s and nice to see it still retaining many of the original features like doors and banisters, nice fresh carpets also in keeping with the house. The bedroom had a nice size comfortable double bed with plenty of room each side, not squashed up to a wall. There are wardrobes and a dressing table with TV and coffee/tea making facilities. Our room had a shared bathroom with one other guests room but there is also a room with en suite. the bathroom is lovely and clean with large shower cubicle and electric shower, plenty of hot water and clean towels provided. The test of any guests house is "Would you stay again " my answer is "most definitely"
  : Could do with thicker curtains or black out blinds. The blinds and curtains were lovely but we are used to a darker room. There is a little noise from the main road, but not noticeable at night as there is very little traffic after 9pm
