  : The hotel itself was good. Clean rooms with a decent enough breakfast. Had enough towels and bedding in the room for 3 people (as requested). Also walking distance from the mall (which is actually right across the road).
  : I pre-paid for the room (excluding breakfast) at Booking.com's website. Upon arrival, I had to pay for breakfast and ended up paying for the whole stay (including breakfast) once again - so basically double paid for the stay. The receptionist said they would refund me the difference. It has now been about a week and half and I have still not received my refund. After messaging the property, the responded once, asking for the invoice, which I promptly sent them. They have not responded to any follow ups and seem to be ignoring me. Please can I have my money back?? Quite disappointed in the hotel actually - they stole my money and now don't respond to messages :(
