  : Location and food were great.
  : Elevators were down. Only 2 elevators were operable most of the time and wait time was long to get to room/lobby. Family member fell down stairs due to all elevators being completely down for a period of time. Housekeeping did not clean our room and we were there 3 days. Staff not accommodating to complaints. I booked a resort bc my family was in town for a family member’s funeral and I wanted us to feel some sort of comfort. Instead we came back to dirty rooms. The rooms also had a weird smell. This did not feel like a resort.

  : The room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was very warm. Staff was nice.
  : It was rather costly and I felt like they did a lot of micromanaging. There were little costs everywhere and no free breakfast. I wasn't ready to spend $25 a person on breakfast.

  : Staff can make or break your experience! SomeVery rude staff at front desk. Made you feel like a burden for simple questions/ requests. Pool area is ridiculous closer to weekends with unruly unsupervised screaming children. Also so many rules and stupid procedures like what you have to go through to get towels with the gatekeeper at the pool. Very expensive, which is fine if you’re getting great service but that’s not the case here. If you ask 5 different people a question you get 5 different answers. Before I came I asked if they had room service. One morning it was fine, as long as you called before 10am to order. Today I call at 9am and the rude girl at the front desk curtly says “that ended already” and hung up. I call back get a different person and they say “oh yes of course it’s only 9:10 am we can place your order”. Wtf? It was like this for EVERYTHING. Everyone has different answers and many KARENS working behind the front desk are acting disgusted to have to interact with you. Get a different job! Ugh this hotel was frustrating, and I wanted to love it so badly because it’s beautiful- the grounds, the pool area, the lobby and sitting areas- but I do think if you’re paying this much, the staff should be polite and give accurate information. Many other guests had the same complaint, we were conversing in pool and we were all shocked at the horrendous customer service. (Caveat: one older gentleman who delivered food was nice, and the people who worked at the restaurant were nice) But the front desk service is gross and for that reason I won’t stay here again.

  : Terrible customer service, called was hung up on. When I call back no answer. Can't find anyone to chat with. Very poor service

  : The inside pool and the room we were in was very clean and comfortable.
  : 2 of the elevators were down on Memorial Day weekend. The WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE. And the wait for an elevator was very long everytime.
