  : It’s clean & convenient. I really appreciated that they honored my requests of an accessible room on the ground floor!
  : The outside entryway on the south end of the ground floor had stairs which were not accessible for me

  : Hot breakfast was good. Facility was clean. Room had all basic features. Staff was consistently friendly and welcoming.
  : Highway noise from I-495 was quite loud and sleep disruptive on side of hotel facing highway. Hotel failed to intervene with numerous youth soccer teams playing soccer in hallways and running up and down hallways as late as 10:00pm.

  : I’m from Kansas City the review preview say’s Hong Kong! LOL. We booked a Hampton Inn at Westport off of 53 Old Bedford Rd and found that the hotel wasn’t even close to the celebration we were in town to visit. When we arrived we weren’t even in the system and the one booked was an hour and 20 minutes form our families home.
  : We would have liked if the person helping us on the phone would have gotten the hotel right so we weren’t left without a place to stay that wasn’t an hour and a half away from our destination. When we spoke with customer service the were not helpful at all and put the problem on us. This is not good business. We understand the policies and procedures but this was and error on the booking staff and not a customer issue. Please help make this right. I was a big inconvenience but we did make the most of it.
