  : Breakfast was a bit fancy for our taste. I would've been 100% satisfied with something simpler like homemade waffles or Dutch pancakes. The porch is very cozy and never crowded. Comfortable rockers and plenty of space to unwind with wine. The walk to the beach is easy and all of 5 minutes. It gets crowded quick by noon so go early and leave when the unmasked crowd forms. There's an awesome burger joint 10 minutes walk. Get the chili cheese waffle fries.
  : It's 2020. Single ply toilet paper is kinda weak. I mean if we're trying to set the bathroom to the 1800s like the building itself then I get it, but a B&B should have Charmin on deck in my opinion. The breakfast looked legit but I'm a simple dude and my wife and I don't care much for hard boiled eggs. I can appreciate the time and effort it took to make the meal but maybe giving the customer a selection of either fancy or simple would be beneficial so there's not so much waste. The Queen room is modest enough but watch your head. I'm 6'2 and I think the upstairs rooms are old attic space made into bedrooms. The ceiling in the queen room by the bed angles downward and there's only 5 feet of head room. Watch out.

  : What a gorgeous place. Check-in was easy and no-contact, and the little note they left was so sweet and helpful! We immediately felt at home. The porch was our home base (it rained so much!) and we loved being able to sit out there with coffee, share a glass of wine, or even order delivery from a local restaurant!!
  : We occasionally got a whiff of cigarette smoke in our room-- not sure if it's from outside coming in through the windows or possibly from under the door that goes to the cleaning area.
