  : The check-in is not on the property, actually in another hotel (Hotel Am Rhein) located 800m away. This information is not given anywhere during the booking nor on site, I had to ask a local.

  : Nicely clean, relatively new room finishes by comparison with others in the area.
  : Hugely expensive at this time of the year, apparently due to a major dentists convention in Cologne. Keys require to be collected at another hotel, some half mile curther down the road. No breakfast, nor coffee. not even a glass to tap some water. Hot water takes ages to appear in the morning.

  : Check in whenever we wanted even in the other sister hotel.
  : Absence of the possibility to provide breakfast in the morning in the hotel, very noisy neighbours in the middle of the night who awoke children.
