  : Roaches everywhere. My kids hated it. Roaches everywhere. We upgraded to non smoking and it was ugly. We left before right after going into the room.

  : The personnel is very nice and friendly. The woman who made my check-inn was super patient cause I didn't understand the procedure to change my room, she was very patient and helpful, and always nice. Everyone is very friendly and nice, the room super clean, the pool was very nice too.

  : We were given a smoking room! Our son has asthma so we begged to please change to a non smoking! They said they couldnt do anything about bc we booked through booking.com. So we tried to see if we could stay there, we turned the AC on super cold & took off to the store to buy ANYTHING to make it smell better! But then noticed the sheets white sheets were yellowish & the smoke smell just kept getting worse! The room was filthy & disgusting! And all the girl at the front desk could say was there nothing we can do So my asthmatic son paid out of pocket to book a room at a near by Holiday Express! The cost for that room was almost the same as this dump hole! So we just had to take our losses money wise for this disgusting place!

  : You need to take this Hotel out of your listings, because is going to give a bad reputation. It's the worst of the Worst. I will never stay there and do Not Recommend. I want a refund. It's not what I agreed to and they did not provide.
  : I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING . THE WORST OF THE WORST. YOU NEED TO ERASE THIS HOTEL FROM YOUR LISTINGS. I WILL LIKE A REFUND BECAUSE THEY DID NOT PROVIED WHAT WAS AGREED TO IN THE AGREEDMENT, SO THEY SHOULD BE LIABLE TO A REFUND. NEVER AGAIN

  : We liked that it was a smoking room but didn't smell like smoke. We liked the location and the guy that checked us in.
  : Upon arriving, there were 5 dead roaches on the floor. The AC had not been turned on prior. The soap that is used for showering - it doesn't lather. We were actually afraid to touch anything until I wiped it all down with germ wipes. The toilet seat had several burn marks/holes on it and the bed was horrible. We could feel the box springs coming through the bed and I'm almost positive there was something living IN the mattress. I could feel it moving. We've stayed here once before this year, but I don't think we'll be coming back after this trip
