  : Not much went well. Pillow cases appeared to have make-up from a previous guest. Gave us an uneasiness that prevented sound sleep.
  : Facility was in disrepair. Appeared as many things have been broken, not updated and neglected for quite some time. Many services unavailable, No breakfast, limited coffee, our room was not stocked with essentials. I booked a previous stay here prior to 2020. It appears that nothing has been upgraded or serviced since Covid. I would venture to say Corporate has this facility on the short list to abandon the property!

  : There was no breakfast. No one provided clean towels or face cloths. There was no coffee in the morning I had to request adequate towels and face cloths.

  : Staff was not friendly. Staff gave me no information other than room number and "there's the elevator" Hotel needs to be updated. No housekeeping came to clean the room even though we were there 2 nights. I called for towels because we were out and housekeeping hadn't come. The person that answered hung up after I requested towels and we never received any towels! Will definitely never go back! I paid 164 for 2 nights and this is more of a 30-45$/night hotel.
