  : The arrangement around the bed was a bit uncomfortable. There is a small cubby provided in the builtin wardrobe which is supposed to act as a side table. I use a medical device which has to be kept next to me when sleeping. That cubby was barely enough to hold the device.

  : Excellent mountain/village views. Staff were all attentive, very friendly and very helpful. Excellent breakfast.
  : The bathroom and shower were much smaller than were used to, but still manageable .

  : Beautiful wengen, beautiful people, beautiful hotel. It is true that people sometimes make or break your vacation.It was a magical stay for us. Warm staff, especially Yana who made sure we were comfortable. Unfortunately could not meet her as it was her weekly off when we checked out. We were staying for two days. Good things1. Amazing breakfast spread. Simply the best that we had on our entire trip to Switzerland. 2. Warm friendly staff, always smiling puts you at ease ( unlike the most of our stays in Switzerland) 3. Pick up arranged from station to hotel which can be a huge relief with luggage n all. They even agreed to drop us4. Small welcome chocolates in our room 5. Room was small, but cozy and very comfortable, ergonomically designed space. 6. Even the view from property is amazing but when we were there towards last week of September, the clouds and fog was there in all of the Wengen area so couldn't appreciate it fully. 7. Staff is not averse to any special requests ( again and exception to most of our other stays) 8. Small balcony in the room to get some fresh air ( no mountain View, but that's what we booked and hotel informed in advance about the same) We loved it and fell in love with the place.
  : Potentially the only 1 improvement I can think of 1. If they can offer a kettle in the room or some sort of microwave facility to the guests in future it would be helpful as the hotel doesn't have in house restaurant, so on days when you are tired from sightseeing, guests could heat up little meals.. That would be a huge advantage. But it's only a suggestion. Though the hotel did make a recommendation of a nearby Italian hotel which was again simply amazing ( goes by name of Da Sina)

  : The view and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly.
  : A little far from the station and Interlaken as have to take 2 trains but worth the effort.
