  : The room was disgusting..transfered from rm 112 which a bed was ruffled up n not made...drapes hanging down (no hooks) trash on floor..tv not working...rm 108 which was a bit cleaner but not what we requested...no microwave!!

  : It was the dirtiest room Ive ever stayed in! Stained sheets and bedspread. Hair all over the floor in the bathroom and counters. Bathroom floor tile was so dirty the grout hadnt seen a good cleaning in some time. Shower had old soap bars on top that were collecting dust for awhile. Tub had no support under it so you didnt know if it could support your weight. Hot water would turn cold and then go back to hot and back to cold multiple times during a 5 minute shower. Faceplates to light switch had so much grime around the edge it looked like it had never been cleaned. The carpet had so much dust near all the furniture you could tell it had not been vacuumed in quite some time. No toilet paper holder. Housekeeping was supposed to clean daily and didnt replace towels that were on the floors or pick up garbage that was left on bathroom floor. By night 3 housekeeping only left bath mats for towels.

  : The manager let us check in early
  : I didnt really like the property. It was old and dated. The electric outlet looked like it had been in a fire. The heating/cooling unit was loud. The room was uncomfortably cold. You could hear everything in the surrounding rooms. The door I was waiting for it to fall off the hinges. I didnt even trust the faucets in the room.
