  : Rented room expected to have the porch available since it was included in the room. Found out there was tons of chairs and I was told it would be taken care of and it was there the whole time I was there. Alittle disappointed that's for sure.

  : I got banned for no reason at all paid for my stay and was told to leave cus payment took long going through on there end I did not understand why I was banned I did nothing wrong but get upset when I was told to leave after I had paid I called to talk to manger and no one got back to me

  : I Arrived at the property. My room was dirty and very lived in. Everything just looked dingy. Not welcoming at all. There was also a moldy odor. The hotel did not have the best reviews, but I decided I would give it a shot. I should have trusted the reviews. I had booked my room the hour before. I asked for a refund and was denied it. I was shown another room, which was also dirty. I asked for a refund again and was told no one at the property could help me and I would have to email a manager, which I did. I received a response the next day that they could not refund me and I would have to go through booking.com. They were very helpful. In a few days I did receive my refund. The process was very frustrating.

  : Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a couple really great conversations with the gm-she's lovely! As a solo traveler I felt safe on the property and overnight. Linens were plentiful and clean, bed was comfy. Others guests at hotel were also friendly-there is a cute fire pit/ grill area that guests are welcome to use. Close to everything so parked the car and rode the bike all 3 days. 30 minutes or less to Rachel Carson State Park, Wells Preserve, Marginal Way, Kennebunk etc.
  : The pool was closed, which was kind of a bummer, but it's late in the Season so maybe that's why? Corridor light was left on overnight-appropriate for safety, of course, but It did make for a bright room so I tacked a towel over the frosted glass door to dampen the light, no problem after that. More like nightlight vibes that way.
