  : This modern, clean accommodation is set in a family farm courtyard in the village of Obermixnitz. The host was friendly and helpful. As we were the only tourists in town we were greeted everywhere! I would love to return on a regular basis, as the farming area is beautiful and perfect for Thayatal, Retz, Weinviertel area. The compact kitchen area was well appointed with a good size refrigerator and freezer, even with a dishwasher.
  : As I am partially disabled, there is no perfect accommodation for me!! The bed was comfortable, but too low. The sofa was comfortable but too low. An armchair with arms to help mobility would be good!! The shower and the WC would benefit from a grab handle and the shower needs an anti-slip mat. All these are problems peculiar to my situation. A healthy younger person would find the accommodation perfect. Oh, and finding the accommodation ? Obermixnitz has no road signs and the accommodation seems to have two names, so finding it was an adventure, aided by very helpful neighbours!!
