  : The hotel itself is beautiful, very new and planned into detail with branding of Neusacherhof everywhere. The location is pretty much ideal.
  : The problem of this hotel is, that there is no adequately trained personnel available. There is very young and friendly staff, that was recruited from Vienna (like the owner of the hotel) but they are obviously not experienced and the feeling of this hotel is very much comparable to a hostel - not quite was I was hoping for. Also, the staff was using the hotel like guests, even smoking weed next to the beach. Moreover, the restaurant was basically closed in the evening and dinner had to be announced quite in advance to allow the manager of the hotel (as one of the staff told me) to prepare a meal. Admittedly, dinner was very good, especially considering, that there was no 'real' chef. Even locals were reporting the same issues which is a pity, as the hotel is really nice, the rooms spacious. Even though the hotel is less than a year of age, the walls of the restaurant were wet and already needed maintenance. To sum up, the hotel did not meet my expectations for a boutique hotel, even though the facilities/location were gorgeous. But at least to me, food and staff are another important part of the equation and this was disappointing.
