  : Our stay was great until we woke up the next morning. The facility lost power over night. I woke up to no electricity and had to take a cold shower.

  : The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in town to visit my dad in a nearby hospital so the hotel was very convenient. Parking was free and plentiful and I was able to park my dad's car right out front every time, which made me feel safe. And free wifi is always nice, especially when travelling from abroad.
  : It wasn't my first choice of hotel (I didn't need a suite) but the others I considered were booked. I felt the room was very overpriced. (I'm also a Marriott Bonvoy member and I always book directly with the hotel, but in this case Booking.com was $150 cheaper!) I understand the hotel is undergoing renovation, and my room was clearly one that hadn't been renovated yet. The shower room door handle came off and the room as a whole was very tired and worn looking. I don't think it's fair to charge full price for a lesser quality room like that. The microwave didn't work properly and both the fridge and AC unit were extremely noisy. I had to get up in the night and shut off the AC because I couldn't sleep through the noise. Also - the pool, which I was really looking forward to, was absolutely tiny. There was a family of five in there one day that took up the entire pool. I didn't ever get to use it. Breakfast was very basic. The waffle maker was fun but the muffins tasted weird - possibly gluten free? I ate a couple of bananas but did not try the boiled eggs or bagels. I'm sure "breakfast included" is factored into the room rate, so again I think it's unfair to pay a "hidden" charge for a breakfast I'm not going to eat. I'd rather just pay if/when I eat it, like I would in a restaurant.

  : We did not get to experience breakfast, because the power went out and never came back on. I am really unhappy about having to pay even for one night .
  : The upper management for this hotel needs to be fired as they were nonresponsive during the power outage.
