  : Location was fantastic. Food was great.
  : We went down for breakfast on Sunday. We were told rather abruptly by the guy in charge that we would have to wait a few minutes while they sorted out some issues. We took a seat and waited. There were a ton of empty tables. After waiting for maybe 25 mins we went up and asked how how was it going to be? The girl didn't realize that we were waiting (even though she was present when we asked to go to breakfast). She took us to one of the empty tables straightaway and after that things went very smoothly. The guy in charge however who told us originally that we would have to wait a few minutes had a personality more suited to a security guy rather than a restaurant greeter.

  : Friendly staff. Free parking. Rooms were small, clean and new, like a nice Hampton Inn. Screwed shut windows offered a few of the train tracks and muffled the loud horn.
  : Misleading advertising. This property is not a lakeside retreat on the shores of Lake Minnetonka. It's a few blocks from the lake across from train track. Photos on website are not of property details. Staff agreed that marketing was misleading.

  : Staff very friendly and competent. Pretty hotel.
  : Fans in toilet extremely noisy and can't be turned off. Maintenance had to come next day and disconnect. Hotel knows this is a problem (!), but hasn't gotten around to replacing fans in all bathrooms yet. No safe in rooms (unless you book a large suite). And safe deposit boxes behind front desk not big enough for a laptop. At these room prices, incredible there aren't safes in every room! Amount of room service tip not up to the guest -- they automatically add 24%! (in addition to a delivery charge). No door of any kind separating toilet from bathroom sink area. AC unit is right next to bed and very noisy. All this is typical of a 1 or 2 star hotel, not a 4 star charging over $400/night.

  : Only one elevator was working causing delays, so we took the stairs. Some sort of guest daily fee was charged...news to us. The shower had hair in the corner. There was free bottled water but had to ask as to where it was located....in a cabinet below the $8 Fiji water on top of the cabinet. There was certainly no water view from our room as advertised. In general the hotel is extremely overpriced.
