  : Location, price, clean. There are few hotel options for Waupaca. My expectations weren't high for this hotel; it could have been much worse, and wasn't. I can't recommend it highly, but it's okay for a single overnight stay.
  : Room was dated and worn. Tub surfaces and shower enclosure were VERY visibly worn. (At least the shower head appeared fairly recent and delivered good water pressure and adjustable spray.) Poor soundproofing. One star would be more accurate.

  : Filthy dirty. Shouldnt have been charged for such a bad place. Beyond disgusting.

  : One : it didnt say pool was closed, only reason this one was chosen Two : I found it to be dirty, floors n who knows if anything was sanitized at that point Three: with 3 kids n myself for 2 nites we were asked to reuse same towels 2 towels again

  : Incompetent manager, I extended my stay 3 days with my credit card when I checked in. The next night I entered my room to find all of my stuff was gone. Found my cloths in the janitor room and they gave my beer to the homeless out back. Crime riden area.

  : Outside was dirty with cigarette butts and an abandoned shopping cart, seemed like most of the guests were transients.

  : Location close to work. Staying there because of bad weather.
  : Daughter fell in icy parking lot. Front desk said they didnt have any salt and I should sue the hotel. She was the second person to fall in the past couple weeks in the parking lot and break arm. Hotel didnt have incident report to fill out
