  : I couldn’t sleep well whole night due to the extreme super big noise banging above upstairs for over one hour in the very late midnight. It’s really an awful stay……..

  : Receptionist was kind when we checked in.
  : Room was dusty. Bathtub had sticky stuff on the floor. Tissue box had 2-3 tissues in it. There were lots of ants on the vanity desk area. We thought there was just one or two ants when we arrived but after we came back to the room from visiting family in town and woke up the next morning to pack our stuff and our belongings were full of ants . We called the front desk and asked for a little extra time to get the ants out of our stuff and they were kind enough to agree, but then after we checked out at 11:22am the receptionist asked if we’d like an emailed receipt to which I said yes to , later to check my account and seen more was pulled out after the check in email said one price. I’ve called several times to see what the extra charge was and no one has answered or called me back . So unfortunately our stay wasn’t good . FYI we have an autistic child so the ants freaked her out and I had to make sure I got all the ants off of her bags .
