  : Nice location, clean and well looked after property. The room itself (minus bathroom) was nicely decorated, good decor and was clean.
  : The king size bed was two singles pushed together which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on as the centre of the bed was unusable due to the seams and the gap appearing between the mattresses. No air con - fan was provided which helped but is not quite the same. Bathroom is very dated and needs updating

  : The staff were very friendly and helpful.Especially when it came to parking, which wasn't 100% clear upon arrival.The main area was clean and tidy, which made a great first impression.Very close to Watford town centre, just a 5-10 minute walk.Room was larger than expected.
  : Everything was very nice. The bathroom looked a bit like a prison but personal preference. Lots of corporate guest, which I think this hotel is perfect for.Wouldn't recommend for leisure due to the decore and facilities. But great for a simple overnight stay.The walls are also very thin so was woken up a couple times in the night by other loud guest.Otherwise good value for money.

  : Corridors leading to rooms were disgusting. Flooring needs replaced immediately. Also bar/reception area should have notices beside furniture if they have washed fabric seats. My clothes ended up wet

  : The only thing I didn't like was the sound isolation between rooms, I could easily hear the people talking normally in the other room

  : The staff were great, patient and accommodating. Location was very convenient, only a short stroll to the high street. Shower pressure was great.
  : Bathroom was grubby, not terrible but seemed like a residential bathroom, dated, and not pristine. Really did not want to use the shower there. I know tea and coffee are complementary but there was only coffee and Tetley, would be nice to have some herbal/fruit and hot chocolate.Walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbours talking and stomping along very narrow corridors. Remote control was dirty. Second bed was right next to the door. Don't like having to give a £50 security deposit when I've already paid upfront for my stay either.

  : I stayed in this hotel few time before. I liked the location. The staff was helpful as usual.
  : I am disappointed that during the last two times I stayed in the same room facing the car park. There is a bright floodlight facing the room and it was uncomfortable sleeping with the bright light, specially in a warm day when you want to keep the windows and curtains open.
