  : Do not stay they have roaches everywhere was shown 3 different rooms every room was really dirty and the final room we decided to stay in but found roaches coming from everywhere. Asked for a refund was told had to wait on corporate. Will never stay again!

  : This property was conveniently located to my work event, but that's the only good thing about it.
  : There were several issues with both rooms. The TV didn't work in one room, and since it was after 8pm when we got back from dinner and tried to watch tv, the front desk personnel told us that there was nothing they could do about it, even though the error message on the tv said to contact the front desk for assistance. They also made us bring our dirty towels to down to the front desk to get clean ones, and we also had to go get the iron for use and they had no ironing board. The beds were also very lumpy and uncomfortable. The other room that had a king bed was very uncomfortable, the bed was completely sunken in, and when we complained, we were told that we couldn't switch to another room because we had booked via a third-party site (booking.com). They said the most they could do is provide a refund. We'd like a refund of the total for both rooms, because the experience was beyond unpleasant and uncomfortable, and none of us got a decent night's sleep.
