: Few minor maintenance issues.Unnecessary use of air fresheners as cottage was clean, causing problems for an asthmatic but easily solved.

: This review is no reflection on the property. In July 2021 I paid 647 to Booking .com and two days later I paid Sykes Cottages who had informed me that the booking.com fee hadn't come through and they had refunded my money. It is now the 22nd October 2021 and no refund has materialised. Sykes Cottages washed their hands of the problem and protracted messaging to Booking.com has had no result.

: The place was lovely and clean and tidy! The area was lovely and quiet and really allowed us to relax and forget about everything else. There was plenty of room and support from the owners when needed.
: Everything was great clean and tidy and couldn't complain for the price, make sure that you save the codes for the gates as we forgot a couple of times.

: Everything we need was there. Right in the middle of the town and parking made the location convenient.
: We werent able to use the toilet in the bathroom as the seat was dangerously loose. Luckily there was a downstairs loo.

: The location was perfect and secure. Ideal for three adults. Free parking close to the apartment very convenient. Watchet was a lovely town to stay. Brilliant pubs for food and drink. Great Fish and Chip shop (Mariners). Fantastic Wednesday market on harbour side. Two great museums, one covering the town history, and the other an interesting radio museum, both within walking distance of the town.
: Too many dogs, and fouling discovered on two occasions in car park and outside the appartment security gate.
