  : We booked this hotel primarily for the location and expected high quality from a 4-star hotel.
  : We were very disappointed by the staff's response to our request to change bed sheets. To elaborate, we booked two rooms over two nights. People that stayed in one of the rooms could barely sleep the first night due to apparent allergen in the bed sheets that had resulted in itchy, burning rashes throughout the body (see photo). As a result in the morning after the first night (~9am), we went down to the reception to share the concern and request at the very least change of the bed sheets in this room. We were asked if we'd prefer full service which we accepted. My family members experiencing the rashes didn't feel comfortable to go sightseeing after the lack of sleep and the persistent itching. This nearly ruined our planned tourist visit and cost us the entire stay in DC! On top of this, after our return (after 6:30 pm), we found that the room we requested service of was not even touched! We had to complain again, and were told the house keeping was out for the day! After further complains, finally somebody came to change the bedding, which certainly helped - the following day there were no more rushes. After a 2 week trip with stays across 4 hotels though NYC, Virginia, NC and DC, this was by far our worst experience! The fact that my family experienced a rash at the first place, makes me concerned of the cleanliness of the room we entered at the first place...Finally, upon checking out, we shared again our feedback and concerns and were even met with the manager but nobody offered any accommodation for the inconvenience they had caused other than empty, shallow excuses.

  : If I could give negative star, I would totally do. Outdated hotel without good amenities, rude management (especially manager working night shift of July 14th) and worst restaurant on site. No coffee maker in room, dirty showers in both rooms. Breakfast included in room rate is a joke. It is only a $25 credit at their restaurant where the median dish price is $20-25. Please read restaurant check careful as mandatory 20% gratuity is already included In check. As it is included, service is subpar. Elevators are slow, pillows are hard and towels are not soft at all. One robe per room even if 2 people are staying in the room. Not worth the value at all.

  : Check in was good, great location.
  : Couldn't sleep due to the loud music and vibrations from the rooftop bar! It went on til after midnight. They should pre warn you. We were up at 5am for a flight. Terrible sleep. At check out the guy wasn't even interested. Hotels fine if your not bothered about sleeping.
