  : Inside of the apartment was nice.
  : The neighborhood did not seem safe at night and it was inconvenient having to take a bus to the closest subway. The weather made it tough to walk to the closest subway. We have small kids and we didn’t want to leave at night due to the activity in the neighborhood.

  : The rooms themselves were great; spacious, comfortable and with a nice kitchen area and refrigerator. Beds were comfortable.
  : My biggest issue with this property was the difficulty in working with the host on payment. They declined the credit card I used to book the room, so I entered a new credit card. Then they somehow split the final charge between both the new and declined credit cards, which created a problem for reimbursement. It's taken me about 8 calls/emails and 10-15 business days (so I've been told) to get sorted out. And, they did not automatically provide an invoice. Overall inconvenient for business travel. Also, people should be forewarned that there is no option to check in before 4pm.
