  : We are 2 guests. Is it reasonable to allocate 2 medium size towels, a hand towel and a floor towel for 5 days? Is it reasonable to expect from us to move a hand towel from one bathroom to another, because the management is stingy with towels? What about face towels? Are we not eligible? What about changing towels after two or three days? We contacted the reception email, and the answer was that this is the case. We had to buy towels, capsules for the washing machine and wash them in order to use them. Laundry capsules were not in the apartment either. Since we purchases towels for our own use and washed them before first use, they requested by email from the management an additional facility for drying laundry, because the existing one in the apartment is very, very small. We also received a negative answer to this request.There is none air conditioner in the apartment. We contacted the reception email and asked for a fan, since we arrived during hot days in Warsaw. We also received a negative answer to this request.The apartment we received was not clean. A lot of dust under the bed and behind the bed and dust ding scattered in the apartment. We cleaned ourselves.Both sinks, in the shower and in the toilets are clogged. We did not contact the reception, because our other requests were answered in the negative, so we did not think that another request would be answered positively.
