  : The location was excellent and it was close to public transport which got you into the city center in minutes. I also paid next to nothing for the room, it was absolutely worth it for the price.
  : The carpet in the room has seen better days. It didn't look particularly clean.

  : Location is good: just 3 stops away on metro line 1 from central station. It is close to the Chopin airport, and I was able to catch my 6h30 am flight using public transport. The receptionist was a helpful student living in the building.
  : You hear footsteps on the floor above during the night, and the shower could have been cleaner. The heating wasn't switched on yet, though it wasn't cold in the room.

  : No breakfast. The location was OK as it was easily accessible from Warsaw Airport and it was easy to get to the centre of the city to travel to Gdansk.
  : The total disaster was the fact that when I got to the student residence and rang the doorbell, it didn't work. On it was written that it wasn't working and gave a mobile number to contact. I didn't have a mobile and was on the point of asking a woman in the street to use her mobile when a couple of student residents appeared and opened the door for me. Similarly, when I wanted to leave the following day, I tried to open the main door and couldn't do so - again a student appeared, and mentioned that there was a button near the door you had to push to release it. It is one thing to have a student residence where students know how things work and what you need to do in emergencies and a totally different story when you have tourists from other countries coming to stay. If those responsible cannot provide all the facilities to make things go smoothly for the latter, they should stop operating this service.
