  : Great spot, calm, smaller apartment. Almost everything was there (I was only missing a cutting board). Cleanliness okay, but might have been a bit better. 3 adults + 1 kid fit in there perfectly. Balcony was great for a drink after sightseeing. Trams/BUS to city centre within walking distance. But what I found super irritating was weird payment procedure, that wasn't even necessary at all: 1. I payed via booking. 2. Than received an email saying that I need to "confirm" my payment on weird website. 3. I told them I am hesitating to do so, as the website was looking weird and my payment was already taken from my account. 4. They insisted. I tried to do so, but there was a error-massage on website. 5. I messaged them again, they told me: Oh never might, your payment was already accepted, no need to do anything. (Really !? Really !? But okay). 6. Next morning (the day of check-in) booking said: "Your host has declined your payment. Update your card info." You must be kidding me, right? 7. I was pi**ed and ask tham what is this about? 8. They told me to update the card info (which I have already did, with the same card,tho) and after they will again send me a weird website link (see point 2+3) to confirm my payment. This never happended (!!!), nor they contacted me again. 9. We have a lovely stay in Warsaw. This all cost me approx. extra hour of my time, extra nerves and two shots of good whisky (Good ol' Adbeg) at my house to calm myself a bit. It would be even more, but luckily point 6-8 happened early in the morning. I would recommend the host to change this procedure - or at least send the guest some drink in advance - to cool it down, you know, after they went through all of this.

  : Great location and the apartments were nice and clean
  : No soap in the bathroom and no dishwashing liquid. Also the way the code for the entrance was presented is quite confusing and we had trouble with opening the entrance door. After reading the comments we understood that we were not the only one with this problem:(

  : dirty floors and window curtains covered in dirt and dust , old socks under the bed , missing door handles in cabinetry, no laundry, very rudimentary furniture. missing shelves and side tables.
