  : The location was just fine
  : The mattress is much too soft, you just sink into it so we had to sleep on the pull out sofa which was less than you would expect for that price and basically, it turned out to be a one room apartment since the bed was unusable. There were a few hot days and there wasn't even a fan so we had to go out and purchase one. We took the apartment for 8 days and not once did anyone contact us to ask if we needed anything or if the apartment was satisfactory. We were supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 days and could have used cleaning services during those days, even at an extra cost.
