: did not like to pick up the keys at one end of the city, and going to the apartments at the other end of the city is very inconvenient. its time to change the door lock that gets stuck and you have to get tired of unlocking the door to enter the apartment.

: It was a very modern apartment, very handy for trams and buses and plenty of shops around. Just across the road is a very big shopping mall.
: We had to get to the opposite end of Warsaw to pick up the keys, also the TV programmes were almost all Polish. If you got a package which included some English programmes, you might get a few more English customers.

: Key collection is in a different part of the town. It took me additional 1 hour to go the agency office to collect keys and go back to the apartment, and obviously additional cost of Uber/taxi to go there - no information about this at the moment of booking, received email 3days before stay....200 PLN refundable deposit taken before stay, wasn't aware of this at the moment of booking.Bathroom stunk a lot.Sofa worn down and stained in poor condition.Long dark hairs on one of the towels, I think towel was washed but not good enough.

: P&O Apartment Mlociny is located in a nice, quiet complex. Very close to LRT, Trams, Buses. Coffee shops, bakery, Lidle food store, and new Mall Mlociny are in a walking distance. The kitchen, however, wasnt sufficiently equipped, and the website information that there are two beds in apartment is misleading. Our biggest issue with P&O Apartments was a TOTAL lack of communication. We arrived to Warsaw on Sunday and P&O Apartment office was closed. The problem was that the key to the apartment that was left for us in the safe box outside the closed office was wrong. Couldnt get into the apartment. There was nobody there to help us. Nobody answers our calls although we try all of the phone numbers provided on the P&O Apartment website. Eventually, after many hours, one of our SMS was answered and we got the right key. P&O Apartments obviously is not aware that Hospitality Industry is 24/7 business. People are traveling on Sundays and Holidays and should be able to contact person responsible for booking any time day or night.
