  : The apartment was good.
  : The host is awful.There was no communication. No help to check in.He sent me wrong instructions how to get in.Hopefully, after 2 hours, the neighbours helped me get in.The description of the apartment said there was a double bed and a sofa bed. There were only two sofas. If I knew it I wouldn't reserve it.It was longtime I didn't reserve through Booking and maybe I won't do it again. It was a very bad experience with a very bad host and one helpless application.

  : Nothing. It was disgusting. We've changed the hotel.
  : The service is really bad. At first, when trying to calm you down and pay outside of booking, they say only "our site is safe, please pay there". Yeah, that calmed me down... They send you a huge email around 10!!! times. There is a promocode for taxi and a lot of other useless staff. The promocode doesn't work, by the way. Don't really on it... The room is not clean!!! Flies are flying and walking everywhere!!! All the black dots on the picture are the flies. And that's only the shower kabin. We stayed for more than one day and tried to kill them with a spray. They were coming and coming from the shower cabin and the floor! The sofa is not comfortable for 2 people. And there is only 1 blanket. The bushes are really high and we were afraid to open the window. As even more flies could've come. The support said that flies at this period are normal... I believe it, but not 50 additional flies PER DAY!!!We moved to a hotel, because living here was impossible. The payment was not returned because of the rules.

  : apartment is close to the mall and city center, very nice neighborhood, very calm. the repair was done recently, the place is perfect for 1-2 people
  : overall it was clean, but not very much. the floor was with sand and dust, the sofa also had some dust, especially seen when you take off the towels. i quite do not understand the charge of cleaning. to me not fair charge

  : Good location in a quiet and secluded place, beautiful interior of the apartment, excellent residential complex with security.
  : You need to take some time for cosmetic repairs of the apartment. There are cracks in the walls, a rusty faucet, some shelves in the kitchen are broken off. Most likely these are the consequences of past tenants, but it's better to rid of it or fix.
