  : Nothing. It was a complete fraudulent advertisement. Absolutely disgusting. The advertiser has a lot to answer for
  : This was not a penthouse apartment as was advertised. It was a run down fourth floor apartment without lift. The fact there was no lift should have been mentioned. Our taxi dropped us off and there was no-one to help with luggage. We had been returning from seasonal work, via Poland, so we had luggage. I spoke briefly to passing police officers and one of them said he was an absolutely shocked. I tried calling the advertiser, then realising it was someone we had dealt with via another avenue one year before. He sniggered, said he was busy and that he would call me back within five minutes, which he never did to this day. He also declined to answer his phone on several occasions. On making our way to the apartment, a neighbour's son helped us up the stairs and actually his Dad did the same for us on the way down when we left. Their apartment no. was 31. If it had not been for them I do not know what we would or could have done. The apartment was disgusting, it smelled a lot especially from the bathroom area. The door of the bathroom did not close. There were broken skirting boards, electrical sockets and light fitting. Also, the wardrobe was unusable as stored in there was a hoover and other household stuff. I have all the photos to prove this. It should be withdrawn from your books and I would like my money back. It is absolutely shocking that an advertiser gets away with this. We had stayed in a hotel in Warsaw for a few nights before this but they had no occupancy available when we decided to extend our stay. The area was full of graffiti, the photos used did not show the actual apartments in prominence, but instead, much more glamorous looking ones, at least from the outside

  : Amazing location, very close to attractions and main restaurant street. The place was clean. In order to get the key we had to call the host on the day of arrival, i found it strange nobody contacted me at all with any sort of reminder while the flat was paid up front... However, once we got in touch with the host it was easy enough to get the keys.
  : The place looks like it needs a renovation fast, the biggest issue was the bathroom door which would not close anyhow, so it was uncomfortable to use the bathroom with the door half open. We called the host immediately and she was surprised to hear about the door (didn't look like it's newly damaged but ok...), we asked if she can move us to different flat and she refused, we asked then for a solution or some money back, she then agreed to call someone to have a look if they can fix the door but never got back to us on that. Nobody came to fix the door either. Overall bad experience with the host being not helpful and the accommodation not at the expected level.

  : Great value for money, but some things need a bit of improvement: the sofa is very shabby, the bedside lamp is wobbly, the cups are chipped and the bathroom is a little damp. The key fob on the building door doesn’t always work - I couldn’t access the property for some time late one night and was unable to contact anyone from the company.

  : Excellent location, quite good price, have iron, washing machine and kitchen. The bed is comfy. In total - worth the money.
  : Not clean, like literally had to wash the table and the heater before putting anything on. The cupboard is broken, almost impossible to open; Not child-friendly (or actually human-friendly :D) : sockets pull out of the walls. (Just in case - 4th floor and no elevator which was not a problem for me but might be for someone else).The area is great, but there are many restaurants on the street so it's quite loud in the evening, in case you had a long day it would be impossible to rest. And last but not least: while checking in I didn't ask for a wifi pass, but when I understood I spent all my mobile internet I contacted owner to get it. At first he just hung up the phone, when I called again later - sent the code, but the code didn't work and nobody replied again, so I had to pay extra money for the mobile internet to stay online. Not nice!

  : 7th floor with a lift and felt secure close to main Warsaw Town.
  : The apartment is not what is illustrated and it is not as advertised the pictures are stock. We weren't even able to stay In the apartments booked but instead had to go panska 5 with the promise of a 20% refund or we could cancel after we have arrived and travelled to the apartment and sat waiting. We had already paid in advance and we had to wait 30 minutes for instructions to get to the new apartment - guess what as soon as we said we would stay at rhe new one and reported the first of many faults the communication stopped! Single bedding for a double bed, broken sofa bed, broken bathroom sink leaking and kitchen taps loose. No wifi, bathroom extractor fan didn't work after two minutes the blinds in the bedroom were all broken and just draped over the windows which was ok till you opened the window due to the heat and the blew off! Table marked, walls marked, lights not working a complete litany of faults and the owners do not care so please do not book. We tried to get a refund before we came after booking and then reading the reviews and this was declined. Buyer beware, plus side its close to a great bar called bravo and the science and museum.
