  : We arrived at the destination and the lady that was supposed to wait for us at the spot, wasn't present, even though we informed her at what time we will arrive at the destination. We called her to inform her that we arrived but instead she called us to another address. When I told her that I couldn't find the apartment number she was rude saying that I don't know how to use the gps. Also she was 200m away from us so she could've come to us and show us where the apartment was, but no. She just confused us even more with the locations. Apart from that, the apartment was amazing and we were pleased.

  : All good, but please consider paying at the time of booking if you have a late arrival time, because otherwise they will not be able to receive the payment and send you the get-in instructions.

  : Newly-built and clean, and in a convenient location as I was visiting someone living nearby. A ten-minute cab ride to Central Station or the Old Town. Several convenience stores within a two-minute walk, and a huge mall at ten minutes. Place feels safe, with multiple access-code controlled gates.
  : It's really very basic. A shower, but no soap. If you're two people, you get two towels, not one more, no hand towels, nada. No tea, coffee, not even a few samples. Also much smaller than what the listing pictures make one believe. They tell you to pick up the keys at a different building where you will be given the exact address, so if you're bringing a big suitcase you'll be doing some serious walking. Took me twenty minutes to find the correct building and entrance (building has more than one entrance). How hard is it to give the exact address and door codes in advance?

  : there were no necessary dishes, most of the furniture was broken, some bed linen was not clean
