  : It's hard to think to a better location: just above a metro station, on the intersection of two major roads. It is relatively silent, in consideration of the position. Big bedroom and kitchen with appliances.

  : We definitely liked the location. The collection of keys was convenient. The room was clean.
  : The beds were very uncomfortable (too soft), especially one of the two. Towels were supposed to be there (it was stated in the e-mail by the accommodation) but they weren't there. We requested them but received no response. There was no toaster, though it was listed in the description of the apartment (but we didn't need it). There were noisy neighbours in the apartment above.

  : nothing, bad experience in VAW. I suggest evereyone to choose other solutions
  : First of all, I decided this apartment for a price of 128eur on booking but this host take 140 eur from my card! Moreover, very hard to find entrance with such instruction. Then it's located 1,6km from the center, you take bus and wait for three stops. Then buiding is noise, as other wrote, upper neighbour had party on Friday night with loud music till 2 a.m. This apartment is arranged with low quality commodities, heavly used: bed with broken mattress (as in other recensions), broken and dirty chair, light of table doesn't work, etc... And manager don't answer the phone, just automatic response and leave a messsage: I've called for bad smell in bathroom and they answered to wait an attendant, but nobody came!

  : location was nice if you would like to be right in the centre, entry was nice and simple
  : the property was quite basic - run down and not a great value for money. while clean, the property needs a refresh and some touches to equip it fully. beds are old and too soft (and owners do not act on this feedback, as I now see it repeatedly). equipment was scarce - random cutlery each from each set, no water glasses, no wine glasses and no way to make coffee. no washing machine (a problem after two weeks) and old school TV (forget Netflix or cable). most of all, the place is loud, as you would expect in the centre of Warsaw. but in 2 weeks in a heatwave - sleeping in this place was impossible, you could not open windows (from late night parties to 5.30 grocery stores deliveries) and could not sleep with windows closed as this place became a sauna. I survived cause I borrowed a fan - this place needs a fan or air con. I would not go there again, was happy to leave.

  : The location is ideal for stay in Warsaw: both the old town & the Castle and the parks & other sightseeing places are easily reachable by foot or in a few bus stops. The tenement house is very nice, the inner courtyard is cozy. The overall atmosphere of the place and of the district is fascinating.
  : The lights are a bit poor, both in the kitchen and in the bedroom.

  : The bathroom smells bad, but everything was super clean. I think that it was a sewer smell (maybe need a sewer deep cleaning).
