  : Exceptional communication, all staff were outstanding and very helpful. The location was superb, you are right in the city centre. The apartment very warm and comfortable.
  : Upon my arrival the apartment wasn't cleaned. I was offered another apartment for the first night and moved to The View the next day.

  : The views from both sides were fantastic. Modern, well-equipped. The bedroom was bright and comfortable. For us the location was excellent.
  : There was a drainy smell in the bathroom (sink). There was no wi- fi. I contacted the 'host' but the solution was to read the instructions again (we were travelling with our tech-savvy sons and they couldn't get it to work either). I didn't appreciate the extra emails from the 'host company', or the necessity to check-in with more details before arrival. Bureaucratic, impersonal, unnecessary.

  : Great area close to most things in Warszawa. Nice, clean and fresh apartment with nice furtnitures. WiFi worked well. Very nice view from apartment over The Palace of Culture, Emili Platter and Swientokrzyska Street. Lots of shops nearby to buy groceries and close to Zloty Trarazy, Metro and buss,lots of taxis parked on near street. Nice quiet building and a safe neighbourhood. No bugs in the apartment. Neighbours were friendly. Try Pizzeria Wlosky Strajk ul. Zota 8 which is 5 min walk away - excellent pizza Napoli style or U Siostr on Zlota 63 whihc is 7 min away. Kotlett Kiev is very delicious
  : There was some problem with the water in the whole building but this was fixed during the day. The rental company sent over their staff (a very cordial and serviceminded woman from Ukraine) to handle the liaisonwork. There was also a leak in the bathroom sink so it would sometimes smell a bit as the sink waterlock leaked. In these COVID-19 times I would have wished for more kitchen/cooking utensil as most restaurants were closed so cooking at home was the best solution, or, order homedelivery with Wolt.

  : Bright and clean apartment right in the center. Close to te railway station, shopping malls etc. Takeaways close. Lovely views from the balcony.
  : Dishwasher talents when no dishwasher, and no washing up liquid. Lack of basics. I.e. 2 forks, 4 knives... Bathroom drain smells like eggs. Checkin is over complicated using their website.

  : Lovely apartment in the heart of Warsaw with a spectacular view from the balcony. The apartment has everything you could want, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Near the apartment is mostly everything, shops, bars, grocery stores, shopping malls, parks, and all kinds of public transport. The apartment was spotlessly and clean.
  : The only issue is street noise. Warsaw should do something with street racers with loud pipes. Also, not sure, how comfortable it will be to stay here in summer. It might get hot because it's on the sunny side.

  : Nice View, good Location.
  : Support really bad. I couldn't find the entrance with Google Maps, so I was going to the other side of the building & on the way I way checking the photos of the Appartement I booked. There was a Photo of the frontdoor but the Key Code didn't work on the door. I asked the Support of a Photo of the Entrance, the answer was a Google Maps Link (not helpful). A delivery driver let me go with him in the building & checked all floors for Renters.pl Appartement, found one but that wasn't mine. I asked again for the "Klatka"/Entrance which one is mine, because the one of the Appartement the photo is wrong. I asked 3 times that someone need to call me & help me because I have no idea where to go. I got a Message I replied just seconds after I got it but still I have to wait 10 - 15, 20 minutes for an answer. I called the service hotline where I just listen to someone & I couldn't talk to someone directly. Anyway after 50 minutes I finally found my Appartement & could Check In. Appartement is nice but the Support was horrible.
