  : Very nice host, we had an early flight and they let's us in before check-in hour without any additional cost. Great location, nice and comfortable apartment
  : The dishes were a bit dirty, but that's not a big problem.

  : Location was good close to restaurants, old town and centre within short walking distance. Liked the easy check in / key collection. Apartment was very clean and tidy and had modern style.
  : Room and bathroom were cold, air con units werent great for heating (More designed towards cooling in summer) and no way to turn up radiators which would of been better option especially in bathroom.

  : Everything is ok, anyway, clean, location is super. Keys was near appartment, clever choice.
  : appartment is more small than in fotos, there is no enought light of the day, tv is not working, kitchen wery small, it was eritten for 6persons, but i do not know where can live 6th, because sofa in kichen is not working and it is not for sleep 2peoples.

  : Firstly there was difficulties getting into the flat as they were unable to locate a key. Then we later found out in the apartment above there was significant refurbishment ongoing and the noise from the builders was unbearable as they were removing all the plaster from the walls, so we were unable to stay in the apartment during the day. We have a 3 year old son and a nine month old daughter and we had to take them to a cafe to sleep/play as we were not offered replacement accommodation on the day we reported it and currently only offered an unacceptable 25% refund (initially we were offered just 10% off our next stay!) We have received extremely poor customer service had to constantly chase up responses and still no further forward in getting the full refund we have requested

  : Quite big rooms, near the central railway station. English news channals on TV.
  : before your arriving you are receiving the message with full instructions. The WiFi name should be "Little Home", but I couldn't find such name from the WiFi network list at all! After 6 p.m. I couldnt contact to host no any way. Next day I had to call them and no result also. So, 3 days I had to use my private mobile internet in roaming for my job purposes. The router was Turn On and even I tried to reset it
