  : Location is great. Quiet, near to the old town and central. Also there is a washing machine.
  : The bed had something like bedbugs because I had some swelling on my hands during my sleep. After I washed all bed sheets and clean up with a vacuum cleaner, they seem to die and I could spend good nights in rest of my staying. But that experience was really disgusting. Also there are detergents and toilet papers only for 3 days, so if you stay there longer days, you have to buy by yourself.

  : I came for a job in Warsaw. The apartment is in a very good central. location, everything is within walking distance. The design, the quality corresponds to the price, everything was very clean. 10/10
  : I will put a fat - here as far as service is concerned. This is the first time it has happened to me. I used 3 different cards from different banks to pay for the apartments. On the day of arrival I did not receive any instructions on how to enter the apartment, with the reason being that the apartment had not been paid for. After contacting customer service at 6pm, the check would have been due at 3pm, I was offered to cancel my booking and book at a higher rate on Airbnb. At that time I was already in Warsaw without accommodation for a week. After offering to pay in cash, by transfer, because I wanted to stay in this apartment. I was told that the only option was to transfer by the Polish payment system. After a long search among friends, I managed to pay them. I sent payment confirmation at 8pm, received instructions to log in at 9am the next morningThe night after the long drive, I had to look for a place to stay overnight.

  : The location was perfect! Nice apartment. Clean. A lot of parking places, but paid 4.50 zlt/hour.
  : The bed was broken and had been already fixed with adhesive belt. I informed the agency and they proposed me to move to another apartment. I will not put the bad mark, because they tried to help at least with relocation. But for future tenancies the information can be useful; check the bed as soon as you arrive to the apartment.

  : The location was absolutely perfect! The apartment is just 2 minutes away from Palace of Culture and Science and metro station. The girl from guest relations was very polite. Rooms were clean and cozy and we have all suplies that we need.

  : The location is good. The apartment is located near to the all transportations.
  : The heater was not working when I arrived. When I contacted them, they helped me like 3-4 days later. It was freezing at home. And I guess in my bed there were bedbugs because during my 7 nights, I couldn't sleep at all because of itching. There were washing machine but I had no chance to wash them because the heater were not working and it was impossible to let them dry. There were no spare beddings. Even I couldn't take a shower because of cold :)
