  : The hotel has hidden fees! When I was looking for a housing option for myself, this apartment option in the search gave out a cost of $ 62 and no refund. I was satisfied with this option for the price and I booked it. Next came a booking confirmation (email confirming) the cost of $62. The next day, I received a message from Booking that I entered incorrect card details and a request to make a direct payment using the card details of the apartments in the local currency - Polish zlotys. Since the message came in the Booking chat, and not through third-party services, I transferred the payment without hesitation. After a while I checked the payment on my card and saw that I was charged much more than 62 dollars. I wrote a message to the owners of the apartments - to which they replied that an additional cleaning fee of +189 zlotys (almost $ 40) was charged. I checked the confirmation letter - and indeed at the end of the letter it is written in small letters about the additional payment. If I knew that I would pay about 100 dollars for a small apartment with thin walls, in which it is impossible to sleep, I would have found an option much better and cheaper in Warsaw. On my request to cancel the apartment reservation, the owner wrote that the money was not returned to me. I believe that this is dishonest housing, because all people are looking for such amounts that come in writing. The owner has the opportunity to pay attention to the relatively natural price, and not to honesty. I am very upset and I don't recommend this apartment to anyone!

  : The view of the Palace of Culture was unexpected, and stunning! The apartment was clean and modern inside an edgy characterful commie block. The location is great, very central. I was grateful for the air conditioning in 30+ degree weather. The bathroom is modern and clean. The windows and balcony door let in a lot of light in the day, and keep the traffic noise out when closed. Washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board were useful. Great value for money, would stay again. Great Wi-Fi.
  : The fridge is a little noisy at night. There was no hot water on day one, apparently due to a district wide outage. Renters.pl customer service could be better, was hung up on, and slow to respond on chat. Needs better fitting curtains, or current ones adjusting to stop early morning light. Contrary to the listing, there was no dishwasher, and the TV does not have streaming services, just traditional TV channels, even just an android box for YouTube would be better.
