  : Location perfect - central but quiet. Large balcony with sea viewHas a lift. Underfloor heating in the bathroom
  : Entrance institutional - not a very appealing first impression.Parking offered at 6/day seemed good value but was almost 2 kilometres away! You can however unload directly in front of the property. We paid again to use the city multi-storey parking which is much closer and costs 16/day. Owner/management company please take note that the bed needs repairing or replacing URGENTLY - unpleasant rubber mattress protector and the bed squeaks loudly at every small movement. Three very poor nights sleep - unacceptable! Kitchen equipment adequate but crockery etc very basic. Nothing appealing or pleasant to use. Bathroom accessed directly off the kitchen. Cleaning could be better - we pulled out the drawers to place a suitcase on and found it very dusty behind.Mildew in the shower cubicle Strange texture rubbery floor covering on the balcony - (nothing youd want to walk on barefoot) Decor and wall hangings are a very personal thing but we found it all a bit shabby, overload of mixed style seaside theme pictures on every wall, basic old Ikea throughout and cheap unappealing soft furnishings - sofa bed mattress covered in a a cream terry towling stretch sheet. Simply not somewhere very appealing to wake up in or look forward to coming back to. This was the third place we stayed at on a tour along the Baltic coast and found it comparatively very poor value for money.
