  : Very good location being near the sea with view on it. Easy bike parking at the hotel. Front desk staff (available till 20:00 not later) always willing to help. Large and nice rooms and beds. Good breakfast quality with several food choices Mask wearing policy in the hotel and good availability of hand cleaning liquid in the hotel halls.
  : Breakfast organization can be improved related to better queuing system and distance between the buffets. Our breakfast table has been booked for us first and to another family while we were at the buffet. Bike rental is not possible at the hotel. Better to book to a rental shop (there are 2) before your trip if not you might end like us to be renting still free e-bikes. On the island (the hotel was fully O.K. in this respect) there seems to be a German debit card system in place that will make your European debit card not able to be used (like maestro) same for credit card like Mastercard. Some shops (main restaurants) have nevertheless the conventional system like you have in all of Europe. Better to bring a bit of cash with you. Swimming pool water is rather cold. Keep you hotel invoice details with you when you are back at Harlesiel as you need to prove that you have paid your "stay taxes" on the island.

  : The location is excellent. The rooms are quiet and a good size.
  : The hotel has seen better days. I am sure this was once a very nice place, but it's aging fast. Doesn't look like any investments have been made in years.

  : Food was really good and enjoyable. Long hours for buffet.
  : Understaffed personal at the restaurant, buffet looked quite unyammi when arriving late at breakfast time. I expected better value for money as the room equipment could have been more modern for the price of a suite. Room was in 4th floor in separate building.

  : Very nice and clean room, although single, the room had a small double bed, very comfortable. Exceptional breakfast buffet - nothing left wanting. Great location on the beach promenade.
